YVONNE'S Tips

SUMMER - Is upon us and you really must keep up your water intake. Remember to always take a water bottle with you everywhere.

Moisturise on the inside with water and moisturise on the outside with a good body moisturiser - the best time to moisturise is after a shower when you have exfoliated, otherwise the moisturiser, just sits on the dead skin and not the new skin.

Tanning - forget the sun and tanning beds - fake tan is the new way to go with only a 2hr wait time.

      - exfoliate really well before your tan

     - no moisturiser - no deodorant - no make up before your tan

      - moisturise every day after your shower for a longer lasting tan
